INTERIM STAY AMENDMENT – INTERIM STAY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT TILL SEPTEMBER 5, 2000, INTERIM OF STAY REMAIN IN EFFECT TILL ISSUANCE OF BOARD’S DECISIONS OF MERITS OF THE STAY APPLICATION
This was an amendment to a stay decision (Appeal No. 2000-PES-017/018/019/020). In that decision, the Board found that there was no evidence before the Board that a short interim stay pending a decision would unduly prejudice BC Rail. The Board granted an interim stay, effective until midnight on Friday, September 8, 2000. On August 31, 2000, the interim stay decision was amended to provide that it would remain in effect until the Board issued its decision on the merits of the stay.
