Jochen Adalbert Neumann appealed a decision of the Deputy Director of Wildlife. The parties subsequently agreed to dispose of the appeal by making several amendments to the original decision. Accordingly, the Board ordered that the Appellant’s period of ineligibility to obtain a hunting licence be reduced by 7 years, and ineligibility to obtain an angling licence be reduced by 3 years.
By consent of the parties, the appeal was dismissed.
