By consent of the parties, the Board ordered that the Landscape Unit Maximum for Landscape Unit 38, as set out in Pest Management Plan No. 312-062-03/08 (the “PMP”), be adjusted from 334 hectares to a total of 1000 hectares annually, for the term of the PMP (May 1, 2003 to December 31, 2008).
