Ron Fitch appealed a decision regarding the species quota and species guidelines in his guide outfitter licence issued by the Regional Wildlife Manager. By consent of the parties, the quota and guidelines in Schedule B of Mr. Fitch’s guide outfitter licence were amended.
By consent of the parties, the appeal was dismissed.
