Harry McCowan appealed a decision regarding the grizzly bear quota and harvest guideline in his guide outfitter licence issued by the Regional Wildlife Manager. By consent of the parties, the quota and guidelines in Mr. McCowan’s guide outfitter licence were amended.
By consent of the parties, the appeal was dismissed.
