David Allen Deveau appealed a decision of the Deputy Director, cancelling Mr. Deveau’s angling licence and ordering a five-year period of ineligibility.  With consent of the parties, the Board ordered that the period of ineligibility be reduced to four years.

Accordingly, the appeal was allowed.
