Fritz Ernest Wirtz appealed a penalty decision by the Deputy Director of Wildlife. The Panel had stayed the decision pending the conclusion of the appeal process on August 8, 2005.
By consent of the parties, the stay was lifted by the Panel and the penalty was reduced.
