The appellant appealed the respondent’s decision to suspend her hunting privileges for three years. She was a designated hunted for one Verna Carpenter. Under the license she was given a permit to hunt a calf moose out of season to provide sustenance to Verna. The appellant killed a moose out of the required management unit and she did not report the kill to the conservation authorities as required by her permit. The Board upheld the decision of the respondent and found he acted reasonably in issuing the decision he did.
