The appellant association appealed the issuance of a pesticide use permit to Richmond Plywood. In particular the Association was concerned about aerial spraying of the pesticide. The Respondent, once aware of this concern, offered to amend their permit to delete the provision for aerial spraying. The appellant agreed with this offer and the hearing was adjourned. The Board amended the permit to delete provision for aerial spraying.
