The Wildlife Act requires a guide outfitter to be present in the guide area during all times an assistant guide is guiding for game. As the Appellant had violated this section of the Act the Deputy Director refused to renew his guide outfitter’s licence. The Board dismissed the appeal as there was no evidence presented to show an error in the Deputy Director’s exercise of discretion.
