To ensure that parties and participants are able to understand the appeal process as well as their roles and responsibilities in the process, the EAB has prepared a number of Information Sheets.
These Information Sheets deal with specific topics and specific stages of the appeal process, and fill in some of the details about certain the EAB practices and policies which may not be set out in the legislation. However, the Information Sheets are not a substitute for the legislation.
Additional topics may be added to this site from time to time.
